Ingredients

  • 2 Fish sausages
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (if possible, light mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 tsp Miso
  • 1 tbsp Minced scallion
  • 1 Red chili pepper (I used small rounds)

Method

  • Combine the mayonnaise, miso, minced scallion, and red chili pepper.
  • Spread aluminum foil on a toaster oven pan.
  • Make thin diagonal slices of the fish sausage that's 1 cm in width.
  • Top with the sauce from Step 1 and bake until browned.
  • Serve with salad for breakfast, or enjoy as drinking appetizers or a dish in your bento.
