Ingredients
- 2 Fish sausages
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (if possible, light mayonnaise)
- 1/2 tsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Minced scallion
- 1 Red chili pepper (I used small rounds)
Method
- Combine the mayonnaise, miso, minced scallion, and red chili pepper.
- Spread aluminum foil on a toaster oven pan.
- Make thin diagonal slices of the fish sausage that's 1 cm in width.
- Top with the sauce from Step 1 and bake until browned.
- Serve with salad for breakfast, or enjoy as drinking appetizers or a dish in your bento.
