Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or equivalent)
- parsley
Method
- Mix all ingredients and place in a non-metal dish.
- Turn heat on grill to medium.
- Place chops on opposite burner from heat. Bake for 30 minutes (don't look) and turn over and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
