Ingredients
- 2 whole Pitas, Halved
- Your Favorite Pizza Fillings
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Your Favorite Pizza Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut pita in half.
- Add your favorite fillings, cheese, and sauce.
- Place upright on a nonstick baking sheet or loaf pan (I use a taco shell stand), with the opening facing upward.
- Bake 8 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
- We love these and often add a mixed green salad on the side.
