Ingredients
- 1 can chunk pineapple with own juice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 5 slices white bread, torn
Method
- Put pineapple and juice in a 9-inch casserole, greased.
- Mix eggs, sugar and flour and pour over pineapple.
- Brown bread in melted butter in skillet.
- Put on top of fruit mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
