Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
- 1 chopped onion
- dash of pepper
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. chopped fried bacon or 1 lb. sliced kielbasa
Method
- Wash the sauerkraut.
- Add the cabbage, onion, salt, pepper and bacon or kielbasa; mix well.
- Bake in ungreased dish at 350° for 45 minutes.
