Ingredients
- 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, partially thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients well and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 smaller ones.
- Dot with butter and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
