Ingredients
- 2 lb. haddock or scallops or both
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (14 oz.) can shrimp
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Place fish in greased baking dish.
- Cover with cream of shrimp soup and the canned shrimp.
- Spread the butter or margarine over mixture.
- Cover with the crushed Ritz crackers.
- Spread finely chopped onion over all.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
