Ingredients
- 1 can crushed corn
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- cinnamon
Method
- Place corn in greased baking dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, salt and pepper with corn.
- Stir in milk and well beaten eggs.
- Pour melted butter over top, but do not stir in.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake in moderate, 350°, oven until brown and center is firm.
