Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
