Ingredients
- 2 c. garlic flavored croutons
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Method
- Crush croutons.
- Cook spinach and drain well.
- Add all ingredients together and shape into balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
- Store in plastic bag.
- To finish, place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
- Serve or keep warm on a hot tray.
- Put a toothpick in the middle.
- Makes 4 dozen.
