Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (3 tsp.)
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
  • cranberry sauce

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cranberry sauce and toss lightly.
  • Place in lightly greased casserole; top with potato chips and garnish with dabs of cranberry sauce.
  • Bake in a hot oven, 400°, for about 20 minutes or until piping hot and browned.
  • Makes 6 servings.
