Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (3 tsp.)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- cranberry sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cranberry sauce and toss lightly.
- Place in lightly greased casserole; top with potato chips and garnish with dabs of cranberry sauce.
- Bake in a hot oven, 400°, for about 20 minutes or until piping hot and browned.
- Makes 6 servings.
