Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. cream or whole milk
Method
- Oil bottom and sides of 8 x 10-inch ovenproof glass pan.
- Wash cut chicken parts, preferably breasts or thighs.
- Combine cream and mushroom soup.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350° until tender.
- Uncover and bake until brown, lightly.
