Ingredients
- 1 head (medium) cabbage
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
- 2 c. medium white sauce
- 1/4 c. corn flake or cracker crumbs
Method
- Cut the cabbage coarsely.
- Cook in a small amount of salted water until tender.
- Drain.
- Grease a large baking dish. Alternate a layer of cabbage, then a layer of the cheese, and then a layer of the white sauce.
- Top all of the casserole with the mixed cheese and the crumbs.
- Bake at 350° until the ingredients are heated through and the cheese is golden brown.
