Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
- Drain. Place broccoli and drained water chestnuts in alternate layers in a casserole.
- Top with undiluted soup.
- Bake in a slow oven at 300°
- for 30 minutes.
- A few minutes before dish is done, sprinkle crushed onion rings over top and bake a few more minutes.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
