Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Method
- Brown and drain meat and onion.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cook in slow cooker 3 to 4 hours. Can cook overnight to take to carry-in noon meal.
