Ingredients
- 2 cans pork and beans
- 8 slices bacon (4 fried crisp and 4 partially cooked)
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
Method
- Empty beans into bowl.
- Crumble 4 slices of the crisp bacon into the beans.
- Saute the onion in a little of the bacon drippings until tender and add to the bean mixture with the catsup and mustard.
- Pour into baking dish and top with partially cooked bacon.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until bacon on top is done.
