Ingredients

  • 24 drained canned sliced water chestnuts (about 3/4 of 8-oz. can)
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 24 woven wheat crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped drained roasted red peppers

Method

  • Toss water chestnuts with teriyaki sauce.
  • Let stand 10 min.
  • ; drain.
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Brush crackers with syrup.
  • Top each with 1 water chestnut slice; wrap with bacon piece, overlapping ends under cracker.
  • Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 25 min.
  • Heat broiler.
  • Transfer topped crackers to broiler.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 min.
  • or until bacon is crisp.
  • Transfer to plate; top with mustard and peppers.
