Ingredients
- water chestnuts
- soy sauce
- bacon (1/2 slice for each water chestnut)
Method
- Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for 10 to 15 minutes.
- While soaking, cook enough bacon to wrap around the number of soaking water chestnuts.
- Bacon should only be cooked a little bit (brown, not crisp).
- Roll bacon around chestnuts and bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
