Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 5 ounces swiss cheese
  • 10 ounces biscuits

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Spray muffin cups with Pam.
  • Place cream cheese milk and eggs in medium bowl and mix with mixer until smooth.
  • Place one biscuit in each prepared muffin tn and press down form a small rim.
  • Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp of bacon bits on top.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 oz of swiss cheese on top of bacon bits.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of tarts are golden rbown.
  • Remove from pan and serve warm.
