Ingredients
- 16 slices white bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 22 strips bacon (uncooked), cut in thirds
Method
- Trim ends of bread.
- Spread 8 slices with cream cheese and make sandwiches with remaining 8 slices.
- Cut sandwiches into 8 small rectangles.
- Wrap 1/3 strip of bacon around rectangular sandwich and secure with toothpick.
- Place hors d'oeuvres on baking sheet and place under broiler until golden brown; turn over to brown other side.
- Makes 64 hors d'oeuvres.
