Ingredients
- 450 gm Baby potatoes
- 30 gm Butter or possibly polyunsaturated fat
- 1 dsp chives, coarsely minced
- 1/2 x Lemon, rind only
Method
- Wash and steam the potatoes for 12-15 min till tender.
- If preferred, they can be cut in half before cooking.
- In a separate pan heat the butter, add in the minced chives and lemon, toss around to release the flavours, then pour over the potatoes and serve.
