Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grained Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (5-oz.) package spring greens mix, thoroughly washed
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cornbread croutons

Method

  • Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, molasses, Dijon mustard, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss desired amount of dressing with spring greens mix. Top with onion and cornbread croutons. Serve with remaining dressing.
