Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (24 oz.) jar picante sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 pkg. shredded cheese
Method
- Peel and crush avocados until smooth; add lemon juice and mix well.
- Spread avocado mixture in bottom of serving dish.
- Spread sour cream over first layer.
- Pour picante sauce over sour cream layer.
- Top off with shredded cheese.
- Serve with chips.
