Ingredients
- 2 each avocados peeled and cubed
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x white pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Method
- Blend the avocados with 1 cup of the chicken stock in a food processor until smooth.
- Stir in the remaining stock and the remaining ingredients.
- Chill.
- Garnish with sliced or cubed avocados when ready to serve.
