Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/4 cup edamame shelled
  • 1 avocado large
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground coriander
  • water **If using Babycook - use, Level 3

Method

  • Cut broccoli florets into small pieces
  • Steam cook broccoli and edamame OR **If using Babycook - Take broccoli and edamame and place in Babycook steam basket and steam
  • Transfer edamame, broccoli and avocado into Babycook bowl/blender and blend
  • Add lemon, cumin and coriander. Blend to desire consistency. You can adjust seasonings to taste!
  • You should always consult your baby's pediatrician before introducing new foods to your baby.
