Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/4 cup edamame shelled
- 1 avocado large
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tablespoon cumin
- 1/4 tablespoon ground coriander
- water **If using Babycook - use, Level 3
Method
- Cut broccoli florets into small pieces
- Steam cook broccoli and edamame OR **If using Babycook - Take broccoli and edamame and place in Babycook steam basket and steam
- Transfer edamame, broccoli and avocado into Babycook bowl/blender and blend
- Add lemon, cumin and coriander. Blend to desire consistency. You can adjust seasonings to taste!
