Ingredients
- 1/2 each avocados diced
- 1/2 cup corn thawed frozen
- 1 each italian plum (roma) tomatoes chopped
- 2 teaspoons cilantro freshly chopped
- 1 x lime juice to taste
- 1 x salt to taste
Method
- Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl.
- Add lime juice and salt to taste.
