Ingredients

  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Shrimp
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Crabmeat
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Warmed
  • 2 envelopes (1/4 Oz. Envelope) Knox Gelatin
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Celery Or Water Chestnuts Or Combination
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Method

  • Open the cans of shrimp and crab and drain liquid into a large bowl.
  • Add gelatin to the liquid to soften it.
  • Once gelatin is softened, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well by hand until combined.
  • Pour into a molda ring mold is nice.
  • Chill several hours until set.
  • Unmold on a plate and serve with Ritz crackers.
