Ingredients
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Shrimp
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Crabmeat
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Warmed
- 2 envelopes (1/4 Oz. Envelope) Knox Gelatin
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Celery Or Water Chestnuts Or Combination
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Method
- Open the cans of shrimp and crab and drain liquid into a large bowl.
- Add gelatin to the liquid to soften it.
- Once gelatin is softened, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well by hand until combined.
- Pour into a molda ring mold is nice.
- Chill several hours until set.
- Unmold on a plate and serve with Ritz crackers.
