Ingredients
- 2 large (40 oz.) cans butter beans
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 bottle (16 oz.) ketchup
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. bacon
Method
- Mix beans, sugar, mustard
- and
- ketchup
- in baking pan. Cook bacon in frying pan.
- Crumble bacon; add to above mixture along with grease.
- Lay remaining bacon
- on top of beans.
- Lay onion in middle of pan.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 2 hours.
