Ingredients

  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 large can Milnot milk (do not substitute)
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick oleo

Method

  • Mix Jell-O and boiling water, slightly thicken.
  • Melt oleo and mix with cracker crumbs.
  • Press into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
  • Whip chilled milk; set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Beat slightly thickened Jell-O into cream cheese mixture, then fold into whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 3 hours.
