Ingredients
- 1 small box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 large can Milnot milk (do not substitute)
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Mix Jell-O and boiling water, slightly thicken.
- Melt oleo and mix with cracker crumbs.
- Press into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
- Whip chilled milk; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Beat slightly thickened Jell-O into cream cheese mixture, then fold into whipped cream.
- Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 3 hours.
