Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Method
- In skillet, saute onions in oil or margarine.
- Combine with hash browns, soup, sour cream and cheese.
- Spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over top.
- Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
