Ingredients
- 6 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- small chopped onion
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook potatoes and cube.
- Add all other ingredients and pour in casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- For added flavor, refrigerate several hours before baking.
- I've prepared this the day before and refrigerated overnight, then baked and served.
