Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1 c. converted rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Brown chops in oil.
- Remove chops and cook celery.
- Drain grease and add tomato sauce, rice, celery and chops.
- Simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Season with garlic salt, if desired.
