Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Steam a good sized bunch of fresh asparagus spears until tender-crisp, then cool quickly in cold water to retain color. Arrange a bed of red leaf lettuce on a platter and arrange asparagus over the lettuce.
- Keep chilled in the refrigerator.
