Ingredients
- saltine crackers
- 1 can asparagus
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- In medium baking dish, place a layer of crumbled saltine crackers.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over crackers.
- Layer asparagus, cut in bite size pieces, and liquid over cheese.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup evenly over asparagus.
- Make another layer of cheese, then a layer of crushed saltines on top.
- Dot with butter. Bake at 350° until golden brown, but not too dry.
