- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
Method
- Heat soup to boiling; remove from fire and add lemon flavored gelatin.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add cheese and stir until melted and mixed.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Turn into mold and chill.
- Serves 6 to 8.
