Ingredients
- 1 can cut asparagus (10 1/2 oz.)
- 1/4 c. chopped red pepper (optional)
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. shredded mild Cheddar
- 1/4 c. diced green onions
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
Method
