Ingredients

- 1 slice mountain bread
- 150g barbecued pork or duck, thinly sliced

- 1/4 Continental cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 20g rocket leaves
Method
- Spread Asian Pesto Spread over mountain bread.
- Top with barbecued pork, carrot, cucumber and rocket leaves.
- Roll up and serve.
