Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 inch ginger Piece of, Diced
  • 1 clove garlic Minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 pound pork cutlets
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 8 ounces edamame Cooked
  • 12 ounces mandarin oranges
  • 4 ounces snow peas
  • 1 carrot Shaved
  • 1 cup broccoli Cut into Small Pieces
  • 1 red pepper Chopped
  • 5 1/2 cups chow mein noodles

Method

  • For the marinade, mix together all the ingredients with the exception of the pork.
  • Slice the pork into 1" strips and mix into the marinade, coating completely. Cover and place in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
  • After marinating, cook up in a preheated wok set to medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  • For the dressing, mix together all the listed ingredients.
  • Assemble salad with desired toppings including pork, edamame, mandarin oranges, snow peas, carrots, broccoli, red pepper, and chow mein noodles.
  • Pour dressing over the top of the salad and serve.
