Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice, Rinsed
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add rice, oil, and water to 8x8 pan. Stir. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  • Toss cooked rice with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and black sesame seeds (if using).
  • Serve hot! This recipe can also be refrigerated for several days, or frozen and reheated. If you freeze, place straight in the oven from the freezer, keep covered and bake until hot, about 45 minutes.
