Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons sweet onion roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup creme fraiche
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons water
Method
- Place walnuts in blender and pulse on setting 2 (chop) 4-5 times.
- Add remaining ingredients and process on setting 3 until mixture begins to get creamy. Do not over process. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours to let flavors develop before serving. Can be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
