Ingredients
- 3 jars (6 oz. each) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Grease 9 x 11-inch pan.
- Place 1 teaspoon of marinade from artichokes in a saute pan.
- Add the minced onion and garlic.
- Saute over medium heat until onion is limp.
- Chop the artichoke hearts, set aside.
- In a bowl mix all remaining ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Add the onion mixture and artichoke hearts; blend.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Done when puffed and brown.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
