Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls (I use reduced-fat)
  • 34 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 cup Miracle Whip (I use reduced-fat)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) jarred pimiento strips, for garnish

Method

  • Unroll crescent dough into rectangles and press onto bottom and sides of 15x10x1" jelly roll pan to form crust.
  • Bake @ 375 degrees F. for about 10 minutes until light golden color.
  • Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and spread over crust.
  • Bake for about 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
  • Let stand 5 minutes and cut it in diamond shape before serving.
  • Garnish with 2 thin red pimiento strips forming an X on top.
  • Mmmmm -- delicious.
