Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 can chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- Drain and quarter artichoke hearts.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
