- 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 8 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix chopped artichokes with cheese and mayonnaise in a 2-quart glass dish.
- Microwave on High 5 to 8 minutes, stirring once, until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers.
