Ingredients

  • 2 x 6oz jars
  • 1 sm Onion -- chopped
  • 1 x Clove garlic -- chopped
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Each pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
  • 8 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsely Marinated artichoke hearts Minced

Method

  • Drain marinade from i jar of artichokes into a frying pan.
  • Drain other jar
  • (don't use marinade) chop artichokes and set aside.
  • Add in onion and garlic to frying pan and saute/fry' till onions are clear, about five min.
  • in a bowl beat Large eggs with fork.
  • Add in bread crumbs, salt, pepper oregano and tabasco.
  • Stir in cheese, parsely, artichokes and sauted onion mix.
  • Turn into greased 7"x11" baking pan.
  • bake 325x for 30 min or possibly till set in center.
  • Let cold in pan.
  • Cut into 1" squares.
  • Serve cold or possibly reheat in pan at 325x for 10 min.
  • Garnish with parsely.
