Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
- 1/3 c. ruby Port
- 1/3 c. tawny Port
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberries
- zest of 1 orange
Method
- In a large saucepan, bring liquids and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Add 1 1/2 packages cranberries; return to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer until berries begin to pop. Add remaining cranberries and orange zest.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.
