Ingredients

  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 13 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces sliced strawberries
  • 12 cup almonds or 12 cup pine nuts

Method

  • Mix together red wine vinegar, sugar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
  • Can make ahead and store in jar in fridge.
  • Mix spinach, strawberries and nuts in separate bowl.
  • Add dressing when ready to serve.
