Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese round
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's(R) Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • crackers Assorted
  • apple slices
  • pears sliced

Method

  • HEAT oven to 350°F.
  • REMOVE top rind of brie with sharp knife. Discard rind. Place brie in oven-safe dish.
  • MIX apricot preserves and walnuts in small bowl. Spoon over top of brie.
  • BAKE 12 to 15 minutes or until center is slightly melted. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers and fruit.
