Ingredients
- 8 ounces brie cheese round
- 1/4 cup Smucker's(R) Apricot Preserves
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- crackers Assorted
- apple slices
- pears sliced
Method
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- REMOVE top rind of brie with sharp knife. Discard rind. Place brie in oven-safe dish.
- MIX apricot preserves and walnuts in small bowl. Spoon over top of brie.
- BAKE 12 to 15 minutes or until center is slightly melted. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers and fruit.
