Ingredients
- 1/3 c. presweetened cocoa powder
- 1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar or 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- vanilla ice cream or ice milk
- carbonated water or ginger ale
Method
- Stir together the cocoa powder and apricot nectar or orange juice.
- Divide mixture into 3 tall glasses.
- To each glass add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream or ice milk; stir gently.
- Carefully pour about 1/2 cup carbonated beverage down the side of each glass. Serve immediately with straws.
