Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (10 oz.) apricot preserves
- powdered sugar
Method
- Combine butter, cream cheese and sugar.
- Add flour.
- Shape dough into ball; chill overnight.
- Roll out 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut into 2 x 2-inch squares; place 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves in center.
- Bring 2 sides together and pinch tightly.
- Place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes. Place on cookie rack on waxed paper; sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot and again when cooled.
